[mkgmap-dev] default style improvements

Hi

Once my current batch of changes is out of the way the next one will be
to change some if the element ids, mostly as per posting 13-Nov-18

I still think these typ files should go into trunk now and the default
-typ branch is abandoned

I don't like the name 'mkgmap.txt', not sure what to suggest but no
need for mkgmap in the name.
