NET-without-NOD-v1.patch: Improve polish (*.mp) reader 
- allow address search without NOD data 
- change handling of lines like
Numbers3=4,N,-1,-1,N,-1,-1
because the number style is NONE for both sides. The patch changes this because the important information is that previous interval ends at this node.
This can improve the positioning of search results.
