[mkgmap-dev] space before name

Hi Gerd

Enrico asked me for a way to ensure labels are not physically attached 
to a poi when viewed in Mapsource or Basecamp.

Aesthetically it seems not to conform to the way labels are shown on 
most maps -' ICON label' rather than 'ICONlabel'
