[mkgmap-dev] Misc documentation fixes

Hi,

Mkgmap maps work with QMapShack. Not for routing, searching a POI or an
address using a mkgmap map (QLandKarte was not able to do that).
But as a map layer it's pretty fun. You can combine it with other layers
as hillshape, contour lines or maps !
