[mkgmap-dev] Commit r4556: route1.patch by Steve Ratcliffe (modified)

I'm just starting to test the problem area I found yesterday, but,
comparing log files, with no-arcs-first.patch applied I got the
message:

can't locate 'from' RouteNode for 'from' way 397748521

and there were quite a few:

WARN: uk.me.parabola.imgfmt.app.net.AngleChecker  74210001.osm.pbf:
sharp angle < 1\302\260 at 50.917902,-1.350796 ,maybe duplicated OSM
way with bearing 126\302\260

messages that were different.
