[mkgmap-dev] using mkgmap:admin_level2 in polygons

From Ranko Jaksic rjaksic at zgi.hr on Fri Feb 19 21:06:01 GMT 2021

Hi Gerd,

I tried to set a value in relations, but it applies to the ways defining the polygon and not the polygon itself (so not visible in polygons file)
I also found that mkgmap:admin_level2 is null in relations so it wouldn't work anyway.

I found a "workaround" that works for Croatia because the "ISO3166-2" tag is set for counties in OSM :)

boundary=administrative & admin_level=6 & name=* & ISO3166-2 ~ 'HR-.*'
    { set mkgmap:label:1='${name}' } [0x16 resolution 14]
