[mkgmap-dev] omit items from overview

Hi Ticker, Yes this does work, but you are right that the test for isOverviewComponent or isOverviewCombined only needs to test for isOverviewComponent and it doesn't need the change to OverviewMapDataSource. Please find an updated patch attached. In MapBuilder I think you have to test for isOverviewComponent rather than isOverviewCombined and I don't think changes to OverviewMapDataSource make any difference to anything.
