[mkgmap-dev] custom style

I find that only POI 0x2f01, 0x2f16 and 0x2e06 are searchable as fuel
services.

0x44xx and 0x23xx (I use 0x230f) show a petrol pump icon and the 0x23
show at a lower resolution than many other POI
