[mkgmap-dev] Road Number not showing in map

Hi,

I've recently compiled a map for Morroco. And found that I don't have 
the road number for some roads showing up. This is because I do not 
include the ref tag in the name.
How can I create a logic in the style so that it shows the REF tag if 
there is no road name but if there is a road name can the name be 
displayed instead?
