Hi Ticker,

Yes, yesterday I asked Steve to check if this is meant to be done manually. No response yet.
The html is indeed outdated, it differs in many points. I'll do the changes manually on
Tuesday if Steve doesn't respond before.

It seems that splitter build/release process for www.mkgmap.org.uk doesn't
regenerate the online documentation or produce the formatted text version of
doc/splitter.txt from the raw wiki format splitter.txt. Looking back to an older
downloaded version from Dec-2018 it didn't do it then either.
