[mkgmap-dev] Patch to add AppStream metadata

We should ignore that for mkgmap. Reality is, all important 3rd-party 
application installers have a plugin infrastructure to access the 
distribution specific package metadata, since that contains the really 
important information, not the AppStream metadata.
