[mkgmap-dev] [PATCH] - In search of the fabled "destination only routing" bit

Just to repeat what I mentioned in another posting to Carlos, it appears that
access=destination is only useful if the way being tagged is not just a single
straight segment but part of something more complex. I don't know if it has
to have multiple segments or be connected to other ways with the same tag but
there is some requirement there (yet to be understood).

So if you work out what the requirement is for access=destination to always be
effective, please say.
