Avoid - turnarounds - toll roads - highways - unpaved roads - carpool lanes As the flags for type, turnarounds, toll roads, highways should be known, the last bit could mean unpaved or carpool lanes. Have you tried this options? (By the way: 'Avoid Highways' does not work as expected on my unit, it leads to problems on inter tile routing.)
