It looks like there is a road sign directly described by restriction. 
Car drivers probably don't have doubts, where is "straight on". I think 
tagging of this example is acceptable.

When you find ambiguity in via sequence you could compute angle between 
via roads to find which one fits descriptions like left, right or straight.
