[mkgmap-dev] Include "landuse=grass" in default style

Hi,

would you please consider adding "landuse=grass" in the default style.
Many small irrelevant patches are landuse=grass, but also some really 
large areas, that can help orientation immensely.
I would suggest the same representation as "meadow"
