[mkgmap-dev] Include "landuse=grass" in default style

Hi Jakob, I see no problem with that change. I looked at other public styles and many of them do exactly this. I found one special case: Minkos openfietsmap style uses (landuse=grass & source!=3dShapes) @Minko: Do you think this should also be used in the default style? Up to now we don't evaluate the source tag in it.
